Meet Dr. Oriana Vesga Lopez
I'm a bilingual, Harvard-trained psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience, and the founder of Moksha Wellness Collective. My neuroscience-based approach helps women rewrite the brain patterns keeping them stuck, so you feel grounded, clear, and back in control in under three months.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
We'll begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your story, your symptoms, and your goals. From there, we'll move through my Reset → Rewire → Reconnect framework: first learning to regulate your nervous system and feel safe again, then rewriting the brain patterns keeping you stuck, and finally bringing that inner peace into your daily life. Most women feel grounded, clear, and back in control within three months.

Absolutely. Everything we discuss is strictly confidential. I understand that discretion is especially important — whether you're a physician concerned about privacy, or simply a woman who wants a safe, private space to heal. Your trust is sacred.

Yes! I offer secure, confidential telehealth appointments so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own space — wherever you are.

The practice is out-of-network with insurances. However, many plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for mental health care, and I'm happy to provide superbills for you to submit to your insurer.
Please note: This practice is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) for immediate support.
